§ 1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at ccyber.io (the "Website") and the rules for providing services electronically.

The owner of the Website and the service provider is Damian Banat Business Consulting, ul. Stefana Jaracza 32 lok. 19, 90-262 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 7322131065, REGON 541620554 (the "Provider").

The Provider can be contacted at: kontakt@ccyber.io.

The Terms are continuously available on the Website in a way that allows their content to be obtained, reproduced and stored.

§ 2. Definitions

Terms used in this document mean:

• Website - the website available at ccyber.io.
• Provider - the entity indicated in § 1(2).
• User - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website.
• Service - a service provided electronically within the meaning of the applicable law on the provision of electronic services.
• Form - an electronic form available on the Website used for contact, application, enquiry or order.
• Course - a training or bootcamp offered in the Cyber Academy, including paid courses.
• Payment Operator - the payment service provider handling online payments (Przelewy24).

§ 3. Types and scope of services

Within the Website, the Provider offers free of charge in particular the following services:

• browsing content and information published on the Website,
• the contact form,
• the application form in the Careers section,
• the candidate database form for companies,
• the enquiry and enrolment form in the Cyber Academy,
• the newsletter (where available).

Paid services include the sale of Courses marked on the Website as paid.

§ 4. Technical requirements

Proper use of the Website requires:

• a device with Internet access,
• an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
• an active email address.

Using services provided electronically involves the typical risks of the Internet. The Provider applies technical and organisational measures to minimise these risks.

§ 5. Forms and submitted data

Use of the forms is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. The scope of data submitted in each form:

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, message content, optionally VAT ID and the required consents.
• Application form (Careers): full name, email address, phone number, CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and consent to process data for recruitment purposes.
• Candidate database form: full name, company name, email address, phone number and the required consent.
• Academy form: full name, company name, email address, phone number and, for paid Courses, additionally the VAT ID (for the invoice) and the required consent.

To protect against abuse, the Provider may use security mechanisms, including invisible CAPTCHA verification and submission rate limits.

§ 6. Courses and payments

Courses marked as paid can be ordered via the form in the Cyber Academy.

After placing an order, the User is redirected to the Przelewy24 payment gateway operated by the Payment Operator. Each order is assigned an individual order number.

Prices shown on the Website are in Polish zloty (PLN). The agreement regarding a paid Course is concluded upon successful payment.

The order confirmation and further information are sent to the email address provided in the form.

§ 7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason by sending a statement to kontakt@ccyber.io.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to contracts for the supply of digital content or services whose performance began with the consumer's express prior consent and after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

§ 8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services provided by the Provider can be submitted to: kontakt@ccyber.io.

A complaint should include data enabling contact with the User and a description of the objections. The Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§ 9. Personal data

The controller of personal data submitted on the Website is the Provider.

Personal data is processed in order to provide services, handle enquiries and orders and, to the extent of the consents given, also for marketing purposes. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use selected services.

Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 10. Copyright

Content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos and the page layout, is legally protected. Copying, distributing or using it without the Provider's consent is prohibited.

§ 11. Final provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms for important reasons. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

Matters not regulated in the Terms are governed by Polish law.

The Terms are effective from the date of their publication on the Website.
