A key element of Cyber Club is the referral and collaboration programme. Members share job openings at their own companies (boosting hiring chances for others) and can earn through referrals - for example, if someone from the Club joins their company they receive a bonus.

Do I need my own registered business to join?
Not to join, but assignments in Cyber Club operate on a B2B basis, so you will need a sole trader registration. If you don't have one yet, we will help you through the registration process and advise on the most advantageous settlement forms (e.g. flat-rate 8.5%). This ensures you benefit from optimal business conditions from day one.
Do I have to find clients and projects myself?
No, you don't. CCyber sources projects and presents you with offers matched to your competencies. We leverage our extensive client network in Poland and abroad so you don't waste time selling your services. You focus on delivering results and we focus on finding your next professional challenge.
Is there a fee to participate in Cyber Club?
Joining Cyber Club is free. We do not charge freelancers any upfront fees or subscriptions. Our remuneration model is based on invoicing the client within the scope of delivered projects. You receive the agreed rate for your work and CCyber handles everything else. This means you incur no costs until you start earning on a project.
